Aryana from cafe had excellent customer service!!! She was so sweet and was very knowledgeable about the menu, her recommendations were amazing!

I love this place but on march 24 i bought online a cake and pastries total of 57.84 5 minutes later i got a email saying that there was a problem with my order....so I call and they told they did got my order but there was a problem with the transaction I check and it did when thru with my bank ... so I get they I pay again they told me I was going to get my money back within 5 to 7 business days and im still waiting for it ...I just don't understand why I had to pay again when the transaction when thru

OMGOODNESS!! No matter which Porto's Bakery & Cafe location we stop, it has been very consistent.

So far, all have lines entering the front door. It's obvious that you're able to order bakery goods at all times. When we arrived before 11 am, we were not able to order the lunch entree plates. Only in the sandwich form. We ended up had their ham and cheese croissants, cookies, and coffee. By the time we were done eating, it was 11 am. We ended up ordering our entrees to go and had it for dinner. Problem solved! ;)

Seems like all locations are designed the same. You have lines for bakery items. Another section for the cafe area. You can order your coffee needs here. There's another section for your online order and pickup area as well.

We've also done the online ordering during the holidays to complement our meals.

We will always stop for our baked goods! It's that delicious!!!

Delicious pastries!

When we first arrived, there was a line outside the door, but moved fast. Since this was my first time here, the way that I worked was a little confusing ass. The coffee bar is located on the right side and their pastry display on the left. You do have to make a line for both locations even after the first line.

My boyfriend and I both ordered a ton of treats and do have to say that the carrot cake was one of my favorites. My boyfriend did mention that the apple fritter was just like any other & it was nothing special.

Horchata cold brew was so delicious. I had to order three bottles to-go.

Porto's is pretty clutch

Service tends to be pretty good, but when they are super busy it's a little hard to get their attention. Granted when are they not busy lol

Black bean soup is BOMB and flavorful

Potato leek soup is better on paper, but not as comforting as other places

Steak torta tasted better the next day??

Medianoche sandwich + chicken milanese are delish

Horchata coffee is aite

Eat your sandwiches inside so that you get the plantain chips

Corn croquette. Holy !! The cream sauce inside makes it more interesting than the ham croquette

They also offer mamey shakes! Not many places offer this drink, but it's great.

If you spend $50-$70 it will feed two ppl over 3 days lol

Super long line on a Friday night that stretched out the door (Waited about 35-40 mins before reaching the front to order). I recommend ordering on their website and picking up! You also order your drinks at the counter where you order food then pick it up at the drink counter.

Can't go wrong with any item here! Everything is delicious! Potato balls, cheese strudels, meat pies, corn croquettes, chicken empanadas, and also the Pork tamales were surprisingly delicious! The tamale dough was super soft, fluffy, and moist!

As for the drinks, the matcha strawberry is pretty good! The teas, such as the berry hibiscus is unsweetened just fyi!

Overall, everything is delicious! Long lines! Order online!

Chocolate Parisian cake
-picked up on Mother's Day Sunday. What happened to the chocolate cake ? It wasn't as moist and decadent as before. The mouse filling was bland and the cake was on the dryer side. For $35 this feels like Albertsons or Costco quality cake.

Whoever runs Porto's has got the customer traffic flow thing down tight because this place is a well-oiled machine. Even though the line for this location is always crazy, the service is impressively fast and all the workers have only ever been friendly and very helpful. I typically place a day-of order online early in the morning to pick up and skip the line. I'm pretty sure they only take day of orders because I've ordered the night before for pickup the next day and have had my orders go through and then get cancelled the next day.
I love everything from Porto's: it's cheap, fast, and so delicious. The chicken milanesa is probably my favorite chicken sandwich. Guava cheese rolls are a classic but I like the coconut strudel even more!
The carrot cake is the BEST. Their coffees are also great.
There is plenty of seating outdoors and the indoor is huge!

My friend brought me some baked goodies from Porto's! I feel so spoiled. Since I've never tried it before, she picked some signature ones to let me try. All of them are pretty nice, my favorites are the Leche Besito Cookies, Spicy Pepper PB and cheese roll. Especially the cookies, it is the next level. I highly recommend you give a try the next time you pass by.
