Position Summary
- In charge of coordinating the Company’s administrative duties and general workflows; Exercise discretion and make independent judgment
Responsibilities
[Finance]
-Monitoring and maintaining budget planning
-Performing clerical accounting and general office duties as needed, including supplier payments
-Supporting tax reports preparation
-Supporting sales/closing management as needed
-
[General Administration]
-Maintaining the Company’s contracts and policies
-Maintaining employee performance (KPI) history
-Assisting in development of procedures to make the workplace more efficient
-Supporting other reporting requirements as needed
[HR]
-Supporting payroll processing activities and keeping records
-Maintaining personnel documents for existing and new hires
-Supporting hiring and training activities
[Other Responsibilities]
-Supporting marketing activities as needed
