Robotics Service Engineer (Entry-to-Junior Level)
[Location]
Hybrid – San Jose, CA (Frequent field support is required at key customer sites, such as SK hynix America and other clients in the Bay Area, LA, and Seattle regions. Travel up to 25%.)

Full-Time (Position available for 12 months or longer)
[Pay Range]
$60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience and negotiation.
1. About the Role
This role is critical for establishing and maintaining the service infrastructure for our robotics and autonomous driving systems across the U.S. market.
Perform hands-on installation, configuration, calibration, and maintenance of complex robotics and AD systems.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues through expert troubleshooting.
Provide professional technical support and training to customers and internal engineering teams.
Offer on-site field support at critical customer locations, including SK hynix America, across the Bay Area, Los Angeles, and Seattle.
Create and maintain detailed service reports, troubleshooting logs, and technical documentation.
2. Required Qualifications
[Minimum Qualifications]
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a closely related technical field.
- Basic to intermediate experience working in Linux/ROS (Robot Operating System) environments.
- Strong practical experience with mechanical and electrical systems; comfortable with diagnostic tools.
- Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and a high attention to detail.
- Fluency in both English and Korean (essential for communication with the headquarters and U.S. team).
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Prior experience with Autonomous Driving Systems (ADS) or Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR).
- Experience in a field service, technical support, or customer-facing role.Familiarity with network setup and configuration for industrial and sensor systems.
- Proficiency in Python or C++ for scripting and system diagnostics.
3. Benefits / Perks
- Time Off: 15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO).
- Work Schedule: 5 days per week / 8 hours per day.
