취임 첫날부터 광폭 행보를 과시하는 트럼프는 DEI (Diversity 다양성, Equity 형평성, Inclusion 포용) 지우기를 시도 중이다. 정부의 DEI 정책 철폐 기조에 따라 구글의 모회사 알파벳, 메타, 아마존 같은 빅테크 기업의 연례보고서에도 DEI 부분이 삭제됐다고 한다. 암울한 뉴스 속에서 67회 그래미 시상식에서 닥터 드레 글로벌 임팩트 어워드 (Dr. Dre Global Impact Award)를 받은 Alicia Keys의 수상소감을 보면서 위로를 받는다.
