Hi there,
We have two rooms for rent in a prime location in Mountain View, very close to Google and many tech companies, as well as the beautifully well-lit field and track at Crittenden Middle School Park that I loved to jog at with many others in the neighbourhood.
The entire apartment has wooden flooring, a clean kitchen and an in-house apartment dryer and laundry machine. Spacious living room.
Room #1 ($1,905): Master bedroom is large, and has a spacious closet. Private bathroom.
Room #2 ($1,350): Smaller bedroom is about half the size of the master bedroom, and offers a nice closet and room size for a desk, bed, and cabinet space. Private bathroom in the hallway (and/or for any guests).
Water, Sewer, Garbage, and 1 Carport Parking Spot included. Wifi and Electricity not included.
We all attended Saenuri Church, and it has been a 5 minute drive away or 20 minutes by walking.
Safeway, Starbucks and other stores are a 5-10 minute walk away. Well-lit neighbourhood.
We are also only moving because of moving countries and new job positions.
Ideal roommate/s will be able to move in by start of January.

아파트 전체가 나무 바닥, 깨끗한 주방, 아파트형 건조기와 세탁기를 갖추고 있습니다. 넓은 거실도 있습니다.
1번 방($1,905): 마스터 침실은 넓고 넓은 옷장이 있습니다. 전용 욕실도 있습니다.
2번 방($1,350): 마스터 침실의 절반 정도 크기인 작은 침실은 책상, 침대, 수납장을 놓을 수 있는 넉넉한 공간과 옷장을 제공합니다. 복도에 (또는 손님을 위해) 전용 욕실이 있습니다.
수도, 하수도, 쓰레기 처리, 그리고 카포트 주차 공간 1개가 포함되어 있습니다. 와이파이와 전기는 별도입니다.
저희는 모두 새누리교회에 다녔는데, 차로 5분, 도보로 20분 거리에 있습니다.
세이프웨이, 스타벅스 등 여러 매장이 도보 5~10분 거리에 있습니다. 주변 환경이 밝고 쾌적합니다.
우리가 이사하는 이유는 나라가 바뀌거나 새로운 직장이 생기기 때문입니다.
이상적인 룸메이트는 1월 초에 이사할 수 있어야 합니다.
