Position: Business Support Associate
Location: San Jose, CA
Salary/Wages: $60,000 - $70,000/year (depending on experience)
Job Summary:
The Business Support Associate will manage and assist in business development duties and other various needs of business and office administration.
Responsibility:
• Organize customer transactions to record, track, and management all POs, invoices, and payments
• Manage all critical documents for purpose of efficient access and record references
• Market & industry research via news, studies, and forecasts to follow potential customer status
• Organize and arrange exhibitions to attract potential business leads
• Purchase components that needs to be purchased in the U.S. behalf of manufacturing in Korea
• Effective written & verbal translation between Korean and English (Presentations, Documents, etc)
• Assist in business development duties in making marketing materials and presentations.
• General administrative activities including payroll, shipping, receiving, h/r, etc.
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer and application skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Adaptable and flexible to various roles
• Strong Bilingual (Korean & English) required
• Bachelor degree in EE or related field (Preferred)
• Team player, good attitude, energetic, self-motivated
