Cupix’s solution is delivered via Software as a Solution model that has been designed to help ensure excellence in execution, financial management, and customer satisfaction. The US office is based in San Jose, California.

Office Manager Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a productive and efficient work environment. You will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, managing office operations, and supporting various departments within the organization. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support:
o Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and team members.
o Handle incoming mail and inquiries, redirecting them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
• Office Operations Management:
o Oversee and maintain a clean, organized, and functional office environment.
o Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring their availability and proper functioning.
o Streamline administrative processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Financial and Budget Management: Collaborate with the finance department to monitor and manage office-related expenses within budgetary guidelines.
• Human Resources Support: Assist with employee onboarding and termination processes, including shipping/collecting equipment.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
• Proficient in using office software, including word processing and spreadsheets tools.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in Korean and English
