Position: Sales Operations Analyst
Job Description: We have a need for a Sales Operations Analyst who will ensure their assigned territory meets or exceeds sales objectives. Your efforts will ensure our products thrive in the market and positively impact customer outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
• Coordinate with the Korean overseas marketing/sales team
• Develop and manage overseas IVD(molecular diagnostics) market
• Coordinate with various distributors to make sure that our product meets their expectation and provide customer a support
1)Market development, Molecular Diagnostics
• Attend conferences and seminars; corporate training, sales meetings, conventions, and in-field development course
• Discover and manage major overseas networks; Develop new prospects and establishing customers, Customer Service
• Support overseas academic and marketing clinical evaluation
2) Sales Management
• Manage major overseas networks and coordinate overseas accounts
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
3) Customer Support
• Provide onsite/virtual training and customer support during procedures to ensure proper use of SML’s products; Provide post-sales assistance in response to customer inquiries including education, training, and on-site/virtual visits.
You have great communication skills and have demonstrated aptitude in accessing and influencing decision makers
You thrive in a negotiation, contracting and problem-solving environment
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree
• Willing to work in a fast-paced start-up environment as part of a hard-working and multidisciplinary team; Openness to Experience, High agreeableness
• Strong content writer and excellent communicator with a deep understanding of customer needs and journeys; Excellent analytical and data analysis skills (PPT oriented)
• Communication skills in English
• Motivational speaking experience
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in molecular biology or related life science or business preferred
• Work experience in biology(IVD)/life sciences field preferred
• Related experience with a Masters degree
• Ability to travel up to 25%
