In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and crafting exceptional user experiences across our digital products. > > ROLE PURPOSE: > You'll be working collaboratively with a cross-disciplinary team to help users achieve business insights. > The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate Design Thinking while developing detail-level workflows, wireframes and visual design using an established design system. > > KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES > • Articulate design thinking with a strong rationale based on market trends and user benefits. > • Conduct user research through interviews or surveys to learn their unmet needs and identify the room for improvement. > • Lead the full design process from concept development to wireframes to high-fidelity specs working closely with global teams. > • Produce design visualizations to help stakeholders understand what the best experience should be: storyboards, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and vision pieces. > • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and define UI/UX design strategies. > • Create user personas, user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and validate concepts with stakeholders effectively. > • Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business goals, ensuring a continuous process of refinement and improvement. > • Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, continually expanding your knowledge and skill set. > > ABOUT YOU > KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE > • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. > • Experienced in UX-led approach to digital products. > • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related role. > • Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work, including examples of user flow, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. > • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software. > • Knowledge of front-end development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. > • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing tools. > • Familiarity with web and mobile design best practices, responsive design, and accessibility standards. > > To apply, please submit your resume, a cover letter detailing your interest in the position, and a link to your online portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design works.
