신나는 한국학교 어린이 합창단 모집 (2025년 가을학기 시작)
어린이 합창단에 참여하면 한국 노래를 함께 부르며 언어 능력을 자연스럽게 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 한국의 전통과 가치를 즐겁고 흥미롭게 배울 수 있는 기회를 갖게 됩니다. 어린이들이 음악적 역량과 자신감을 키우는 동시에 한국 문화의 아름다움을 체험할 수 있는 소중한 기회입니다.
- 일시: 2025년 가을학기 신나는 한국학교 수업이 있는 금요일 중 10주 오후 4시~5시
- 장소: 월터헤이스 초등학교 교실
- 수업 내용: 합창단에서는 발성법, 음악 기초를 비롯하여 합창단의 기초적인 내용들을 배울 수 있고, 특히 한국동요를 즐겁게 함께 부르는 기회를 가질 것입니다.
- 자격: 4세-12세로 노래 한 곡을 혼자 부를 수 있는 어린이
- 수업료: $200/학기 (합창단복 값 제외)
- 혜택: 한국어교육재단 및 신나는 한국학교 행사에서 공연할 기회를 갖게 될 것입니다.

Joyful Korean School Children's Choir (Starting Fall 2025 semester)
Joining the children's choir is a fantastic way for kids to explore the Korean language and culture in a dynamic and enjoyable environment! Through music, students naturally learn Korean pronunciation and vocabulary, all while gaining a deeper appreciation for cultural traditions. This is a fun, enriching experience that combines musical growth with cultural discovery.
- Date and time: Fridays, 10 weeks from 4-5PM, during the fall 2025 semester of Joyful Korean School
- Venue: Walter Hayes Elementary School Classroom
- Lesson Contents: In the choir, children will learn vocal techniques, music fundamentals, and the basics of choir singing. Most of all, they’ll have fun singing Korean children’s songs together.
- Qualification: Children aged 4 to 12 who can sing a song alone
- Tuition: $200/semester (excluding choir uniform cost)
- Benefits: Opportunities to perform at events hosted by the Korean Language and Culture Foundation and Joyful Korean School
