마운틴뷰에 위치해있는 아파트 유닛에 마스터배드룸 렌트 올립니다! 유닛에 마스터배드룸 하나와 좀 더 작은 방+따로화장실이 있는데 마스터나 작은방 둘중에 하나에 사실 테넌트 구합니다. 안쓰시는방에는 제가 같이 살겁니다. 전 캐나다에서 자랐고 미국에서 비자받고 일한지 2년좀 않됬습니다. 거의 매일 출퇴근하고 주말에도 나가있는경우가 많으니 밤중에 소음같은건 전혀 걱정안하셔도 될겁니다.

Fully furnished (가구) 원하신다면 거의다 1년쯤 깨끗하게 사용한 가구들입니다.
아파트 시설 안에 라운지, 헬스장, 수영장, 등등 다 있습니다.
아파트는 Castro Street / caltrain에서 걸어서 30분정도 걸립니다. 자전거를 타거나 운전하시는게 편하실겁니다. 주변에 Costco, Safeway, Trader Joe's, 24hour fitness, 등등은 다 비슷한거리안에 있습니다. 아파트 우편번호는 94040입니다.
Hello I am renting out a bedroom with bathroom in a 2Bd 2Ba apartment located in Mountain View. The apartment is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood of Mountain View. Free of road noise, and very peaceful.
Bedroom with bathroom, closet with mirrors, and pool view: $1800 + utilities, internet, insurance (~$130-$200 total per person; depends on usage)
Security deposit $1000
Location is 5 minute bike ride to Mountain View Caltrain Station, 5 minute bike ride to downtown Mountain View, and there's grocery stores (including Costco) nearby, and a 24 hour fitness gym within biking distance as well.
Amenities: apartment lounge, apartment pool, apartment gym, covered & uncovered parking, mail & shipping
Your only other roommate will be me in the other room. I am only home in the afternoon/evening on weekdays, and usually weekends as well. I might be home on weekends from time to time. I am an engineer working in the bay area.
All I ask is that you respect privacy and quiet hours, and cleanliness of shared areas.
Lease term is month-to-month, but please let me know if you're leaving 2 months in advance.
