[여룸메 구함/월$1375] Mountain View 타운하우스 여자룸메 구합니다!

안녕하세요:)
안전한 동네 Mountain View에 위치한 4 bed/3.5 bath 타운하우스에서 마스터 룸을 사용할 조용한 여자 룸메이트를 찾습니다. 사용하게 되실 집은 West Middlefield Rd 근처에 있으며 걸어서 0.5 마일 안에 Starbucks, Safeway 등의 편의시설이 있고 새누리 한인 교회에서 2-3분 거리에 있습니다. 개인방마다 발코니가 있어서 집이 정말 예쁘고 조용하고 좋아요. 저는 산타틀라라에 출근하는데, 출근이 10-15분 밖에 안 걸려요! 가라지도 포함이니 안전한 동네에서 출퇴근하시기 좋습니다!
개인룸 + 공용화장실
- $1375 per month for the room
- Refundable deposit for $1375
- Public space cleaning per month: Around $40 a month
- Furnished
- Utilities(Internet, gas, elasticities, water & sewer) are not included, but usually around $100-$130 per person per month.
-The lease is until the end of July 2026, but you can move out at any time once a replacement is found.
일찍 출근하거나 미팅이 있는 룸메들이 있기 때문에 저희 집은 9시 이후에는 부엌이나 공용공간 사용을 자제하고 있으며 특히 밤 시간에는 서로의 Privacy를 존중해 주고 있습니다.
이사는 2월 15일부터 가능합니다 (flexible)!

- A/C and the heater work very well
- The living room, kitchen and 0.5 bathroom, and the wine cellar are on the 1st floor.
- Four rooms are on the 2nd floor
- The house has a washer/dryer in the unit.
- 1st floor is Hardwood Floor
