Weekly day range : Monday to Friday
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Experience level : 5 years +

We are looking for an energetic Sales and Business development manager for LX Semicon USA. The individual is responsible for working to develop, acquire and grow new accounts for our expanding system IC business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working in the business and customer management side of the semiconductor industry as well as good understanding of the display & CE industry. A large network in the semiconductor industry will be a huge plus.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promote semiconductor products such as Display Driver ICs, Power management ICs, TCON and MCU
Work with various internal organizations (including sales operation, product planning, program management, legal and other teams) to lead successful awards on RFIs/RFQs
Build strong relationships across the customer organization and internal stakeholders
Identify new customers and secure business opportunities
Assimilate industry and customer requirements to feed into the marketing knowledge-base.
Prepare, negotiate, and close agreements on product target quantities and prices
Execute business meetings on a monthly or quarterly basis to meet revenue targets.
Manage, analyze, and align customer forecasts with sales targets
Travel to customer sites and LX Semicon HQ (when possible)
- Local: Visit customers, 1-2x per week- Domestic: Mid/Eastern side, 1-2x per year-International: Asia, 1-2x per year
REQUIRED SKILLS:
5+ years of success in sales and business development role or equivalent title in an organization
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other relevant disciplines of equivalent experience
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Familiarity with various business engagement models such as RFI, RFQ, and SOW.
Being able to establish and grow strong relationships with primary and executive contacts, both with customers & internal partners
Ability to coordinate and interact with partners in a cross-functional organization
Customer-focused mindset
Full proficiency in Microsoft Office
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Good communication skills and fluency in both English and Korean are highly preferred
Good understanding of semiconductors & display products.
Able to work independently, self-motivated with a strong drive to win
