■ Role Overview
We are seeking an entry-level Semiconductor Reliability Test Engineer to join our San Jose team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission by performing reliability testing, analyzing results, and collaborating with both internal teams and external clients to deliver precise and actionable insights.

■ Responsibilities
  - Perform reliability testing and analysis for semiconductor devices, including memory and system ICs.
  - Set up and maintain test environments and equipment for the U.S. local lab.
  - Prepare national certification test reports and performance documentation in accordance with industry standards.
  - Collaborate with internal teams and provide technical support to external clients.
  - Act as a technical liaison to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

■ Qualifications
 ▷ Required
  - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  - Strong technical writing skills to prepare accurate reports and documentation.
  - Bilingual in English and Korean.
  - Able to travel to South Korea for On-the-Job Training (OJT) without restrictions.
 ▷ Preferred
  - Knowledge of relevant standards such as KOLAS, JEDEC, and ISO.
  - Experience or understanding of semiconductor reliability evaluation methodologies.
  - Proficiency in analyzing test results and presenting findings.
  - Able to work independently, self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
