Who we are looking for:
GAP, Co. is seeking a part-time Accounting and Finance contractor, who can support and successfully manage accounting activities of the organization. The candidate will play an integral part in dealing with many day to day tasks as related to the finance and accounting department. Estimated weekly time commitment is around 30 hours.
GAP, Co.는 재무 및 회계 활동을 성공적으로 지원하고 관리할 수 있는 파트 타임 회계 및 재무 계약자를 찾고 있습니다. 후보자는 재무 및 회계 부서와 관련된 많은 일상 업무를 처리하는 데 중요한 역할을 할 것입니다. 예상 주당 근무 시간은 약 30시간입니다.
Responsibilities:
-Financial closing and performance reporting on a monthly basis
-Journal entry input and documentation organization
-Utilizing ERP software
-Providing requested documents to and from Korea HQ
-Processing major expense funds and disbursements (excluding payroll) on a monthly basis
-Supporting external audit on an annual basis
-Supporting tax adjustments and responding to requests from external accounting firms on an annual basis
-Assisting in establishing financial processes when needed
-Disclosing, preparing and responding to requests from HQ

-전표입력, 증빙정리 등
-ERP 활용
-HQ 요청자료 작성/회신
-주요 비용 자금출납업무 (Payroll 제외) / monthly
-외부감사 대응 / annual
-세무조정 지원(외부 회계법인 요청 대응) / annual
-기타 재무 Process 수립지원 / 발생시
-공시(HQ 요청자료 대응) / 발생시
Qualifications:
-Education or training equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or other related fields
-At least 5 years of relevant work experience
-Familiar with Accounting principles and system (ERP SAP, QuickBooks is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Especially Excel and Word
-Detail oriented
-Ability to handle sensitive company financial information in discreet manner
-High level of efficiency and responsibility
-Bilingual in Korean and English
- 금융, 회계 또는 관련 분야의 학사 학위 또는 해당하는 교육 또는 훈련
- 적어도 5년 이상의 관련 업무 경력
- 회계 원칙 및 시스템에 익숙 (ERP SAP, QuickBooks 등의 경험이 있는 것이 추가 우대됨)
- Microsoft Office Suite (특히 Excel 및 Word) 능숙
- 세부 사항에 주의를 기울이는 경향
- 기밀한 회사 재무 정보를 신중하게 다룰 수 있는 능력
- 높은 수준의 효율성과 책임감
- 한국어와 영어 양쪽에서 유창한 언어 능력
