Job Title: Receptionist/Office Assistant

Location: San Jose, CA

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM (1 hour lunch break)

Status: Non-Exempt (Contract), Part Time

Report to: Facilities Director



Responsibility:

Greet and direct visitors and answer phone, screen incoming calls and redirect requests
Purchase and manage office and common area supplies
Handle monthly/quarterly recurring charges, and other payment process as needed
Receive, sort, and distribute mail/ packages
Receive and process deliveries
Maintain the common areas such as the lobby and kitchen, and brew coffee
Update bulletin boards and calendars as needed
Be aware of any upcoming special events within the company and order goods accordingly
Ensure office compliance with current COVID-19 protocols
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
Excellent communication, teamwork and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office applications and ability to quickly learn and adopt new processes
Authorized to work for any U.S. employer (This role does not provide visa sponsorship)


Preferred:

0-1 year of Administrative experience is preferred
Bilingual in Korean and English
