가구 (Crate and Barrel) 완비, 하이엔드 키친 (아일랜드), 주차 3대까지 가능한 조건입니다. 저희 주변 커뮤너티 컬리지에 다니는 20대 여학생인 조카가, 가장 작은방에 머물며, 다른 매스터 배드룸/배스룸과 중간크기의 방에서 지내시게 될 하우스 메이트를 구합니다.
렌트 가능한 방 (1층):
1. 마스터룸 (1인 여성, 혹은 커플) – whole wall closet (5 columns) 전용 bathroom (two bowl vanity sink), shower booth, bath tub, toilet (separate), partial ocean view deck - $2,200 (싱글) - $2,600 (커플)/월
2. 중간방 (1인 여성 혹은 아이) – full bathroom 은 저희 조카 1인과 쉐어 → $1,600/월
유틸리티: Garbage, Xfinity internet 포함. PG&E 및 water/sewage 는 1/n per person.
Deposit: 1 month rent

close to korean markets (Jagalchi-5min, Hmart, Kukje market-10 min drive), close to serramonte malls

b. 오픈 키친 + 리빙룸:
- 하이엔드 오픈 키친 + 아일랜드, 8인용 solid oak 다이닝테이블, 5-burner induction stove and oven, bosch built-in microwave, zephyr hood, fridge, high pantry, 5 burner induction stove and oven, 27 cu ft fridge, 33 inch apron ceramic sink, L-shape quartz white carrera countertop, 3x6 sqft island with quartz countertop/waterfall.
- 오픈 리빙룸: Sectional couch, rocking chair, coffee table, fire place
- a half bath + laundry/dryer room
