Hi! I’m looking for a female roommate to lease a 2B/2B in Emeryville (Bay House) together.
About the place:
In-unit washer & dryer
Restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores all within about a 5-minute walk
(Trader Joe’s, Japanese market, IKEA, Peet’s Coffee, Shake Shack, etc.)
Bus stop right in front of the building
→ Easy commute to campus via F or 36 bus
Very convenient area with great infrastructure
Budget: around $1,700–$1,800 per person
Move-in: Late December or January (both work)
Looking for someone who can move forward with the lease quickly
