Amazing modern housing for rent in Mission Bay, San Francisco, the Beacon Apartments! I’m moving out to be closer to work, and we’re looking for someone to take over the lease.

- lease is from September 2024 - June 2025
- 1 male housemate, mid-20s, tech engineer
- in unit washer, dryer, dish washer
- 5 min walk to Caltrain, MUNI lines, multiple bus stops (accessible to most of SF and South bay)
- 24 hr fitness center (with barbells!)
- pool, jacuzzi, office room, club house, package concierge, Amazon locker
- the room is connected to the spacious patio
- 5 min walk to Safeway, Walgreens
- Utilities: internet + PG&E, only ~$50-60/month
