Private Equity Analyst Job Description:
As a member of the KIC San Francisco team, the analyst will be responsible for sourcing, analyzing and make recommendations for investment opportunities in tech companies as well as private equity funds.
You will have the opportunity to work with world class venture managers and fast growing companies in sectors with long term structure growth. You will be able to expand your network in the venture ecosystem and shape your career.
This role will be working full-time at our San Francisco Office and reporting to CIO.
Primary Responsibilities:
Evaluate private equity investment opportunities with focus on venture funds and tech/bio companies in North America
Perform due diligence and execute direct investments and fund commitments
Conduct relevant market, industry and corporate research
Develop investment strategies and formulate investment plans
Manage and monitor investment portfolio
Coverage: Private equity and venture investments in North America (US/Canada)
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in private equity investment, portfolio management or advisory service
Corporate interview, fundamental analysis, modeling, and valuation capabilities
Market analysis, private equity portfolio & risk management capabilities
Proficient speaking and writing in Korean would be preferred
